Who We Are
Grace Church is a Christ-centered, Spirit-filled church existing to serve Little Elm, Texas, and the surrounding area. Our mission comes from the Great Commandment and the Great Commission. Jesus told us that the Greatest Commandment is to love the Lord our God with all of our heart, mind, soul, and strength. In addition, we are to love our neighbor as ourselves. Jesus told us that the Great Commission is to go into all the world and make disciples. Grace Church is committed to being a place that loves people for who they are but also challenges people to become disciples of Jesus Christ.
Our Story
Grace Church began holding weekly Worship Services on May 6, 2018. Our church story begins in a borrowed middle school auditorium. We started by meeting once a month beginning in November 2017, with six months of monthly meetings leading up to our launch service in May 2018.
We were a mobile church plant for two years when the global pandemic of 2020 forced us to adjust our strategic plan. Covid restrictions kept us from meeting in the middle school so we had to secure a location that was ours. We found a gym that had closed, signed a commercial lease, and started renovating. We had our first service at 1000 E Eldorado Pkwy on August 16, 2020.
Josh and Shelly Youngblood are the lead pastors of Grace Church and it was the Youngblood family that moved to Little Elm, Texas in 2017 to plant Grace Church.
